We begin with a 2-Hour Welcome Session, including an in-depth conversational interview and assessment for the self-engagement and co-creation ahead. 

From there, we will dive deeply into a mindfully paced, custom-to-you curriculum. 

 

    • practical homework weaved seamlessly into your daily life and many internal exercises given after each session, specific to your exact needs (often anticipating what may prepare you best for what’s next)

    • experiential guidance and intuitive nudging

    • prompts for self-accountability (and reminders in your interactions with Rachael) as needed to build new habits, experiential guidance, and intuitive nudging

    • profound rebuilding of the relating department within you, within all realms of your Self, your body—and also renewal of the relating with those who are outside of you, all of that which is outside of you

    • a reconnection with your most honest (and always deepening) version of self, your true north, your positive pole

    • ample tools for interacting with the polar energies and beings of all kinds (different sex, same sex, friend, lover, co-creator, etc) in a real and honest ways
