AEROSHA TERMS & CONDITIONS


MONTHLY RETAINER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Our monthly Engagement is ongoing with a suggested multiple-month minimum depending on the container chosen (see your Welcome Email for details);

if you would like to make any changes, it is up to you to make that request with thoughtful 30-day notice.

This model encourages the relationship between us (and the relationship between you+you!) to be clear, vibrant, creative, impactful, honest, practical, personal, fertile, dynamic, accessible, and highly-activating.


our calls + flow:

PLEASE NOTE: You will call me at the time of our appointments*

If you're running late, inform me via VOXER asap (and I will do the same)—your appointment will likely still end at the scheduled time.

If I am not notified of your delay (via text) and you do not call on time (more than 10 mins late), or you do not call at all, I will not pursue you, and your appointment time will be forfeited. No explanation needed, no penalties.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so online (reschedule button in your confirmation email) up to 3-hours in advance; otherwise, please message Denise in VOXER and she will assist you.

My only ask is for mutual self-responsibility and professional generosity by simply keeping each other informed so we may shift and flow with time more easefully.

change notice & refunds:

Full or partial refunds are not permitted after payment is complete.

One may choose to disengage autopay for any package/service at any time and for any reason with thoughtful notice, defined as a minimum of 30 days.

You may cancel or change container with “thoughtful notice” at any time.

If you need to "pause" our autopay, please read about the Pause Option and Terms in your Welcome email and also detailed below.

Transferring a package/product to or Sharing a package/product with another person is not permitted.


MESSAGING RACHAEl/voxer:

It goes BOTH WAYS that our exchanges are private and confidential; this includes all messages, audios, files, shares, and other content exchanged as part of our Engagement on Voxer and elsewhere.

Thank you for honoring this sacred sharing space between us.

On Voxer, you are invited to send me any and all expressions of self 24/7. I believe your focused speaking or writing expression thrives in the openness of this experience of intimacy.


voxer RESPONSES + GLITCHES:

As a premium client, you are top of my list for getting my most prompt and light-filled response, which is often within the ‘day-of’ your share. That said, please allow a grace period of up to a 48-hours after your message was sent for my reply.

Rarely do messages get lost in a tech-tangle or are left unanswered in the case of a personal wrinkle (or rare illness) on my end. While uncommon, I like to have a plan for these real-life moments to alleviate any concern on your behalf. If you feel your message has been seemingly lost/ignored, or if you sense any glitches in Voxer, please email me asap, I will do my best to troubleshoot.

I assure you, I take great care of myself in the way I tend to my energy for intimate client exchange and communications. My phone is always on silent; you are never a “bother” to me, no matter how long your notes/memos are or how often they arrive. I welcome all of you.

SMS Terms and Conditions


Aerosha offers A campaign that covers multiple use cases such as Customer Care and Marketing to engage with our customers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

PAUSE OPTION TERMS:

Pausing a monthly mentorship container allows you to hold your spot with Aerosha at 20% of your current monthly rate.

Your spot will be held for one 30-day period; it may not be less nor more than a 30 day pay period. Pausing (for 30 days) is allotted twice every 12 months.

Pausing includes an option to update Rachael with up to 15-mins of memos per week. She may briefly reply with care and will be able to stay in touch and track you during your Pause. This is valuable as you will not have as much catchup upon return and can feel celebrated for wins and encouraged to practice (even mildly) during your Pause.

To initiate a pause option in your mentorship container, you must notify Rachael@aerosha.com and AeroshaHQ@gmail.com 30-days prior to your next payment date. If you do not know your payment date, please reach out to Denise at AeroshaHQ@gmail.com for assistance.

Should you choose to cancel or change your mentorship retainer while in your Pause, you will still be responsible for a 30-day notice to make this separate request via emailing Rachael@aerosha.com and AeroshaHQ@gmail.com
